XMC released China's first white paper on Taiwan-related maritime trials

At 10:00am of 21 July 2020, Xiamen Maritime Court released a white paper titled “White Paper (from March 1990 to March 2020): Taiwan-related Maritime Trials”, and meanwhile published 8 model cases. It is understood that this is the first white paper on Taiwan-related maritime trails issued by Chinese courts.
