To promote high-quality development of the seafarer service industry and better improve the standard of the opening-up of China in providing maritime judicial services and guarantees, on the morning of 19 November 2021, Xiamen Maritime Court opened a press briefing, releasing the Xiamen Maritime Court Report on Trials to Support and Guarantee High-Quality Development of the Seafarer Service Industry as well as five model cases.
