Recently, the Court heard an administrative non-litigation enforcement case filed by the Coast Guard, where the person subject to enforcement organized paid tourism activities on an uninhabited island without permission and failed to comply with the administrative penalty decision by the due date. After review, XMC ruled to grant compulsory enforcement. This advocates the concept of regulating the use of uninhabited islands and protecting island ecosystems.
