Recently, the Ningde Tribunal of the Court ruled to grant the application for preservation of property filed by a party to an LMAA arbitration on the grounds that the contract was lawful and that the arbitration was conducted in due process. This is another active practice of the Court in supporting international commercial arbitration in accordance with the law.
