Recently, a case heard by the Court concerning dispute over liability for aquaculture damage at sea or at waters leading to the sea was listed in the Eighth Group of Reference Cases published by Fujian High People’s Court. The judgment clarifies the application of relevant provisions on registration of creditors’ rights in the Special Maritime Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China and has great reference significance for similar cases.
