Recently, Chen Yanzhong, President of the Ningde Tribunal of the Court, recommended by the Supreme People’s Court and as a member of the delegation of judges from the Mainland China, attended the Hague Academy of International Law's Advanced Course on the Hague Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Hong Kong. He studied and attended discussions on the topic of “Recognition and Enforcement of Civil and Commercial Judgments” and was awarded a certificate of full attendance.
