Recently, a foreign-related and HK-related case heard by the Court concerning dispute over liability for allision by ships was included in the Chinese Maritime and Commercial Law Reports ([2024] Vol. 4) published by Informa UK plc., a well-known press in the UK. By equally protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the Chinese and foreign parties, this case actively contributes “Chinese wisdom” to the resolution of international maritime disputes.
