Recently, the Foreign-Related Maritime Tribunal of the Court successfully mediated in a dispute over a contract of carriage of goods by sea between the plaintiff DHL Global Forwarding (China) Co., Ltd. and the defendant Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A., the respective parent companies of which are both among the top 50 global logistics companies. Under the presiding of the Court, the two parties reached a settlement agreement based on the principle of equal consultation.
